Hey Mark, I was wondering if anyone is allowed to use the music from Duke Nukem Total Meltdown in any kind of mod for an old game? Specifically Doom, 3 of your tracks perfectly fit with some of the levels. Would it be ok to use the music, or is the soundtrack licensed by 3DRealms?

Hey Mik,

I don't have a problem with that. You're right in that 3D Realms own the copyright to the music, but I wouldn't expect them to care either since mods arn't commercial.
